Shipping

All items are made to order, unless labeled " Ready to Ship". Our current processing time for preorder items is approximately 15 Business days. Ready to ship items will be mailed within 2-3 business days. 

Once your order has shipped and tracking is provided, we are not responsible for lost or delayed packages. Please reach out to your local USPS if there's an issue with your delivery.

Returns & Exchanges

Due to the custom nature of our products, we do not accept returns or exchanges for wrong size, style, color.

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please email us at skylanaco@gmail.com within 48 hours so we can assist you.

Garment Care

To keep your items looking their best, we recommend washing in cold water and hang drying. We are not responsible for any damage caused by washing , drying, or regular wear and tear.
